PSA submission not showing up

Hey all I did my first PSA submission and everything yesterday, I bought the platinum membership to get the 15 vouchers, made the submission and then the order was confirmed. I printed out the paperwork to go in my box and labeled all the card savers. Now I checked my order history on PSA website and it’s showing no active orders and saying I still have my 15 free reading vouchers. Do I have to start over or can I mail the ones I have boxed up now currently

Your orders won’t display until you send them to PSA, and they clear into their system.

This is to;

  1. Stop people from creating nuisance subs that never actually arrive.

  2. To ensure the details and cards you submit are correct.
