Hey all I’m sure as most of you know when you submit to PSA you have the option of selecting a minimum grade. My question is if the card is below your minimum grade does PSA still charge you for grading that card even tho they do not put it in a case? I’m assuming they do, but i’ve looked around on their site and i couldn’t find a solid answer. Was just curious, thanks.
Yes they do charge you. The reasoning is the charge is associated with the work involved in the grading, not the physical slabbing of the card.
