Man I need to vent out on this situation…
So for those who do not know, I submitted some bulk PSA cards and got them graded back.

So I sent an E-mail on the 1st of August, the date I picked up my package from the Post office.
Three days later, no e-mail response so I decided to call PSA (1-800-325-1121).
Tried selecting the customer service option (OPTION TWO) SEVERAL FUCKING TIMES but it dosen’t work, with the machine saying ‘You have made an invalid selection’.
Well maybe the system is invalid ya twat.
Maybe its my phones fault so I hang up and try again… TWELVE TIMES
I just gave up.
Come August 9th because I was drowning in personal matters and PCS, I forgot to challenge PSA in a matter of wits.
So cometh the day of reckoning (August 9th), I stare and look at my phone (house phone btw) and realize that the two on the number pad is slightly faded.
wut
I call 6 times, ‘you have made an invalid selection’ comes up 24 fucking times.
I call a 7th time, it works! The phone is ringing and I can FINALLY talk to somebody that is HUMAN.
It rings for a few moments, the hope that was presented from the initial ring was now fading with each consecutive ring…
“I’m sorry but nobody is available to take your call, please leave a voice message to William and hang up after you’re done” - answer machine
