On your note, PSA could keep your old psa 9 cert 123 in the system, crack it out, and the new psa 10 cert 129 is now in there. Both are still in the system, even though 123 doesn’t physically exist anymore.
Obviously this in unethical and you hope companies wouldn’t be shady with this.
