Psa cases with freakin hairs inside them?

Ah hell, one more post wont hurt. Recently, I have had a couple of my collecting friends complain to me about psa cases with hair inside them. Personally, I dont worry about a cards condition. I just try to collect no matter the condition, because I love to collect. I also do not get cards graded, I just keep them in top holders. A couple of my friends that collect, recently complained to me that when they got their cards back from psa one of them had a damn hair stuck inside the case. It was a joe montana rookie card and he showed it to me. And sure as hell, there it was, a hair, stuck to joe montanas leg. Of course I did a double take, and was blown away by psa’s blunder. I also have a friend who received a card back from bgs with a tiny piece of lint inside the case. Its crazy because I have heard the psa horror stories but had never actually seen one. What is going to be found next inside a psa case, a used condom?

I dont understand the big deal with posting multiple times or editing. I mean the founder keeps jumping all over me about editing my messages.

I guess by now everybody knows that I have been scolded for bringing up issues about everyday life. I have also been scolded for not editing my messages together. I mean hell, I still dont understand what the big deal with posting a lot is.

Every time I try to edit my messages together it messes up and nobody can see what I have added.

Man, I will tell you what I am from north carolina, so obviously I am a duke fan. I saw what happened wednesday night to the best college player in the country zion williamson, and it makes me sick. I mean his shoes gave out and ripped like that. I hope that doesnt ruin his career. They should pay these kids to play.

And by the way, the zion williamson comment is related to cards, because his cards are selling like hotcakes on ebay, so dont jump down my throat.

You go to your original post, click edit, type what you want to add, then click save.

I’d frame that PSA card and make sure it showed on up PSA’s registry if I got a condom in it. The rarity would be 1/1, I would be a very lucky individual, I am hoping for a Magnum one too.

On a serious note, I have a PSA 9 1st Edition Charizard that I graded come back with a small hair sealed in the case . . . I haven’t sent it back to get reholdered, since I don’t fully trust PSA to crack it open and reseal it. I’ve had it in my personal collection for a few years now.

That’s quite a hairy situation you’ve got on your hands there! You can trust PSA to recase it for you. You trusted them to encase it the first time, and they are clearly the ones responsible for putting the hair inside the slab. Ask for a bald grader without facial hair when you resubmit it.

INB4 people start paying a premium for “PSA Case-Hair Error” cards. Or *RARE* “1/1 fingerprint on holo error”cards.
