Coro Coro Print Error?

Hello, I’ve been on the lookout to add a Coro Coro shining mew to my collection, and recently came across one claiming to be print error in Blue instead of Purple. I’ve searched e4, eBay sold listings, bulbapedia, and the interwebs, but haven’t seen/heard of this issue yet with other Coro Coro promos. Has anyone heard of this printing error before?
