Pricing help Uncut Pokemon Ticket

If it was from some famous theater like TCL Chinese Theater or even from one of the premiere venues where the movie originally played in Japan/US/Europe, then it would have a bigger appeal than just some mom and pop’s regal theaters in bumblefuck, nowhere. The best way to maximize value is as others have said, incorporate it in a theme with other collectables so it could serve as an art piece/ collectors exhibit. No one just wants that for their binder or to show off to their friends. “Look here’s an original ticket from some random theater somewhere that someone bought and didnt see”.

I went to the last ever Madison Square Garden Black Sabbath show. The ticket’s sitting in an ash tray cause I havent gotten around to cleaning that section of my room. I figured I’d just eventually trash it with a lot of other old ticket and backstage lanyards I have laying around but if shit like this sells maybe I’ll list it for $10 on ebay too

Considering Pokémon is all about the anime not the movies I’d say that ticket is worth around $10 to the right person.

Well it was free, but the person thought it’s cinema tickets :x

I’m fairly confident that they are Child’s fare for JR train tickets because there’s a tiny map of the route, there’s JR’s watermark on it, it looks like similar tickets I got when I was in Japan taking the JR trains, and my limited knowledge of the language made me see the words “Day Car”, 500 yen for a “small”, and it loosk awfully (almost identical) to this google search.

Considering Pokémon is all about the anime not the movies I’d say that ticket is worth around $10 to the right person.

This. I feel like the video games, cards, anime and even plushies/toys are more core to Pokemon than the movies. That along with it just being a random date at a random theater makes it even more of a niche item. Someone might love to have this and pay a lot for it but I don’t see it being highly sought after by most collectors.

Honestly, I think it’s pretty neat. Call me crazy but I would buy it for $20, even more if it was in a neat case to show.
