Hey guys, I’m having a hard time finding a price for the Japanese version of the neo shining gyarados, I see an english goes for almost $400 dollars. Considering the Japanese version is harder to pull from a pack and there are under 40 psa 8 examples I’m having a hard time finding a price point. Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
