Price Check Please - Sugimori Auto Blaine's Char 1st

Experts - looking for some guidance / advice.

I have a Ken Sugimori autographed (in English) Blaine’s Char 1st Ed (2/132). The card itself is in great shape. I am wondering whether it is worth sending to PSA for grading, and if so, what type of grading service to get (auto only, auto + grade). I have no experience with this type of specialized grading. Bigger question is - what is a card like this even worth? I cannot find any comparable data anywhere.

Card itself looks mint (I have a Brightech 2.25X magnifiers) - no holo scratches, just 1 very small white dot in the back, very clean edges, no wear on back edges, no scratches in front.

Any insights appreciated.

I’d do both especially if the card is in great shape.
