Price Check: 1st Ed Base Set Rares PSA 10

Hey Folks,

Obviously 1st Ed. Base Set has exploded in price, but I’m having trouble tracking a fair market value for some of the rares in PSA 10 (no eBay listings):

Beedrill:
Dragonair:
Clefairy Doll:
Imposter Professor Oak:
Pokemon Breeder:
Pokemon Trader:
Scoop Up:
Super Energy Removal:

would love to know if others think im off with these but id say:
Beedrill: $550+
Dragonair: $700-$1000
Clefairy Doll: $100-$200
Imposter Professor Oak: $400-$500
Pokemon Breeder: $150-$300
Pokemon Trader: $150-$300
(know the two above are listed on eBay for much more but i personally have never seen/heard of one selling for more than this)
Scoop Up: $200
Super Energy Removal: $100-$200

Here are the most recent completed listings for some of the rare cards:

Beedrill: $1100

Dragonair: $800

Pokemon Trader: $650

Super Energy Removal: $200-300

Keep in mind everything has a range, and the market availability plays a big part in pricing for this set.

I did a deal recently for Clefairy Doll where it was priced between $350-$450.
