I have a Portuguese rocket’s scizor ex from ex team rocket returns, and I was wondering if PSA grades this set. I checked the beckett website and it appears they will grade the card, but I was wondering if PSA grades this set. The card is really sentimental for me, and I’m more just looking to get it encapsulated, (preferably with PSA).

PSA started grading all languages in the past year or 2. I don’t see why they wouldn’t grade it

That’s great news. I haven’t graded any cards in like 3 years or so, so I guess the situation has changed.
