Portuguese Diamond&Pearl 3-pack Blister - Identification

Has anyone heard of a Portuguese 3-pack blister? It looks handmade, but has two stickers on it. Both of them contain the name of the distributor from that period - Devir Portugal.

I would like to know if this is an original blister? If so, what might be its value?

I thought Portuguese was exclusive to Brazil release?
That distributor is in portugal?

In the past Portuguese cards were distributed in Brazil and Portugal, but that stopped some time ago and now they’re officially only distributed in Brazil. However during Gen 4 they were still available in both countries.

I don’t have an answer, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s a legitimacy released blister pack. Some blister packs in certain languages are almost non-existent at this point.

I came across this Italian blister last week for example which I’ve never seen before.
Another Seviper item added to the wanted list. And likely the most expensive item for my Seviper collection (excluding a EX Sandstorm booster box - I’m fine with my empty box) because of those booster packs, haha.

I can confirm those are real, they just used that simple and cheap packaging to bundle these boosters. I remember seing these kind of stickers too.

I wouldn’t value them that much over the price of those 3 boosters + little extra for being packaged imo
