Agreed. My Italian grandma turns in her grave and I don’t even have an Italian grandma! 
Gross, no. This is never acceptable.
I got horrified beyond this world when I saw someone order a pineapple and ham pizza with a whole wheat crust and lots of basil and artichoke.
Never thought there could be something worse than pineapple on a pizza until whole wheat joined the party.
