Are you aware this is an official TCG Pokemon card?
It’s called Lose? and comes from the Japanese Expansion Sheet 3 on the sheet #18.

I know about the card, for official TCG Pokemon card I’m referring to what can be legally played and as far as I know these kind of cards are not “playable”.
