Bought the only Chinese PSA 10 (Poliwrath).

Not to go OT: but are the Chinese cards difficult to 10?
Do they have problems with scratches, silver, or off-center cuts from the pack?
I’ve graded over 60 so far…there’s only that one 10 in existence.
Some have slight scratches from printing press, slight whitening on corners. Main issue is with centring.
I’m actually busy scanning a load in before my next submission - I’ll post them on my thread tomorrow?

Refunded by seller. Card still nowhere to be seen. Gutted.

I know how you feel. I purchased the only psa 10 espeon ex from gary for a great price. Tracking said delivered but nothing there. A year laterand after 3 regrades I got another 10. It’s unfortunate and a very good learning lesseon. For cards of very high value or of very high collection importance put signature confirmation at least. That way it can’t be delivered without someone having to sign for it.
@guangjohto It is possible the seller simply had second thoughts and didn’t ship. Did you get tracking?

It had USPS tracking… Got as far as New York, then nothing. Don’t know if it ever left the country.
I’D prefer to hear he changed his mind than the card is missing to be honest. Never mind. Nothing I can do about it!

There have been well-documented issues with ISC New York.
On what date did it go into New York’s USPS black hole of hell?

I recently had a USPS International Priority package go out of NY. Made it to the destination (Ireland) after a month (instead of the 3 days estimated time frame). So maybe you’ll get lucky.

Yep - no tracking beyond then. So I assume USPS only tracks within the USA. Which means the package is untraceable. Shitty service.
Tracking only tracks within the US. Is it being delivered to china? have you tried using the tracking number for the china post?

I checked on China post, they just have the tracking to say it left the USA.
I wonder where this card went?
save the PSA label number, it’ll appear on ebay in the future.

Before people start questioning the seller - it was ebirdman. One of the most reputable sellers I’ve encountered. I believe him, and put this on the postage system.
