New repeating red dot error?

I think I have found a new repeating red dot error on the 1999-2000 Base Set Bulbasaur.

The card on the left I pulled from a theme deck last week that I bought on ebay. The card on the right has been in my 4th print collection for years. Both red dots are identical and in the exact same spot. This leads me to think that it is a repeating error.

The red dot was only present on one of the four bulbasaurs that came out of the theme deck.

Not the most exciting error, but it definitely appears to be a repeating one!

Which 4th print version is it? There is USA, Australia, and UK. You should be able to see “made in” on the back of the deck box.

It is the UK version. I opened about 20 UK theme decks this month.
