As for the lily Mew and Pika in the folder, I’d offer $100 as that seems to be the median of the auctions I’ve seen and prices mentioned here.
Yea, the binder and set seems like $5 - $10, not too great.
Wouldn’t hurt to bundle it with the folder, so we should see if we can make a deal soon.

Well that’s just a miscellaneous promo card. Valued around $4-$6. I’d assume it’s release is associated with the movie like the English one.

The booklet and tag were part of the swag for the 2000 Japan Rail Stamp Rally. Page 9 of the booklet shows you the 2 cards given out, both English. non Holo Eevee and a non Holo Mewtwo. There was also a Postcard given out that looks the same as the front of the booklet.
Value of the Tag and booklet by themselves probably aren’t worth too much. You might find a buyer that has the cards and wants the additional swag that came with them…

Yea, I have some of those Mewtwo cards, don’t know why I don’t have the Eevee.
