the neo revelation dogs are really hard to grade actually - think the psa 9 to 10 ratio is something like 1 in 10 or smth (for context, shinings are more like 1 in 3)
given 10 is so scarce, i think the increase in prices for psa 9 dogs has some legs

Raikou just went for $745, apparently!
When I learned the legend behind these Legendary Beasts it made me love them so much more. Raikou descended with lightning, which struck the Tower; Entei, unable to contain its power, represents the conflagration that burned it; and Suicune, embodying the Northern Wind, brought the rain that slaked the flames.
Those three have some of the most epic Pokédex entries on their cards that I’ve seen.
