Just wanted some advice regarding the price difference between Minty boxes and not. I have a Neo Genesis box, but it’s one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever seen, and I’m not sure what kind of premium that might have?
I was going on previous sales on eBay and I can see those boxes weren’t mint, and the ones up for $20k plus aren’t Mint as well.

I am not sure but could possibly start high and see what offers you get. Yes, minty boxes do get a premium, like a couple grand over the less minty to what I’ve seen. Most BB collectors want a mint box over one that’s been through the washing machine.

Depends on condition but yes seems fair 
Rev sold his packs for i believe $500 a pack which values his box at around $18k so i think you did fine

That sounds like a fair price to ask for. Just have to see what the interest is like. Gem mint boxes always have a premium.
It has a corner ding bottom corner of the box around the size of a 50p.
I just cant see the room for much more growth on this box.
They seem happy to take £12000 but i just cant guarantee the box is untampered as the cellophane does like slightly loose.
Neo gen notorious for having crappy loose WOTC wrap.
