This is nothing compared to what NintendoTwizer had a while back.
He actually sold his for $130k as well.
I think my local Game store would offer him about £25 for it all…
$25 trade in value. $20 cash.
But the employee what you have for himself so he’ll give you 27 if you come back after close…
I remember that was what prompted me to get an eBay account about 15 years ago. Wanted to trade in about 4-5 ps2 games and 10-15 psone games. Offered $7 or $8 for all of them I think. I sold one or two of them for about $6 as every other game was being offered about 10 or 15 cents each. Went home, figured out eBay and sold them all. Lost my arse on some of them underestimating costs of shipping and shipping supplies (bought those at the post office too!). Still made about $15 on them all after all fees, could have easily gotten $30-$50 if I didn’t so royally screw myself buying $2 padded envelopes for each one. Those two that I traded in for $6 also could have gone for $25-$30 alone I remember noticing at the time.
All in all, it got me on eBay and was a positive experience. Thanks Gamestop.
