misprint or fake pokemon card?

Although I can understand you are doubting our comments since you’ve bought it at Walmart, @acebren did provide an answer based on the information given (before you posted the pictures). All the things you’ve mentioned in your first post (wrong index number, wrong hp, spelling errors in the description, etc.) are usually indications of fakes. It is of course possible an error with one of these issues is accidentally printed for a single card, but not all three on the same card.
I and almost everyone else here on the forum will be able to state the cards you’ve posted pictures of are fakes from over a mile away, so it was indeed a good thing you’ve asked the forum for help (even though you didn’t want to believe the answers given because you wanted them to be real). This whole thread reminds me of a quote from a book I recently wrote:
