@Typhlosion_Collector beat me to it. I was about to say: probably not, because then you won’t see the misprints anymore and they’ll all seem regular cards.

Check the back of the card its misaligned all over including muk himself. He has 2 outlines.

Posted in error thread before but may as well add it here then (assuming this is a misaligned print layer). Not as extreme as some other examples here.

They indeed do, my friend sent me some photos of his childhood cards and to my surprise he also had one, at least it looked very authentic to me which was surprising since otherwise it was, well, definitely a childhood collection 
Was it another topps? Which pokemon?
