Mew Delta Species Pop series 5

Hi everyone. I really am interested in the pop series 5 Mew card: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mew_%CE%B4_(POP_Series_5_3)

There are burning questions I have surrounding this card. Many of the listings on eBay are of the upside down back misprints, a few are the corrected backs. Some are non-holo, some are holo.

Does anyone have any info on how many upside down versus normal backs there are in the wild? Also, was this card meant to be printed as a holo or non-holo? I specifically want the card as it was intended to be printed (not the error) but don’t want to overpay for what’s available on eBay if its actually easy to find and just a matter of waiting for those listings. Maybe having both holo and non-holo would be cool but I’m curious about how it was meant to be printed.

Any info helps, thanks.

EDIT: I think from what I understand from reading the bulbapedia page that both holo and non-holo were intended printed variants, but would still like an answer on the back misprint if anyone knows the prevalence or prices between variants.

You’ve seen the holo version with a corrected back? I didn’t think those existed

Thank you for the info!

The second part is incorrect. For Pikachu the corrected version is just like for Mew rarer and more expensive than the error version. I see about 1 corrected Holofoil POP5 Pikachu for every 5 error Holofoil POP5 Pikachu on eBay and alike, and usually the error is 10-15 USD and corrected 40-55 USD.

Slightly off-topic, but I’ve also once seen the POP5 Peliper with upside down back, and I’ve heard the Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Zangoose with upside down back have been spotted once or twice. Those errors are definitely a lot rarer and almost non-existent in comparison to the Mew and Pikachu. There aren’t even any pictures floating around for them unfortunately…
