It’s thought that Mega Evolution removes the internal limiter containing the electric energy stored within Zeraora’s body. This allows it to unleash powerful attacks that can take down multiple nearby opponents at once.
The electric energy it stores in its body is equivalent to ten bolts of lightning. Protrusions on its forehead, chest, back, and the backs of its hands are where the electric energy is particularly concentrated. The protrusions steadily emit a pale blue light.
I’ve always enjoyed Zeraora’s design and was disappointed that I was never able to obtain it since I missed it’s release during Gen 7. I really like it’s mega evolution so I am very excited to use it when the DLC comes out!
Also, has their been any confirmation on the Mega’s typing? Zeraora always seemed like an electric/fighting type not just a pure electric. Electric/Fighting is a type combination I’ve wanted to see for a long time so I’m hoping that the Mega adopts the fighting type although I’m doubtful. Also, I know that Iron Hands and Pawmot are electric/fighting but they don’t quite live up to my expectations for the type combination
