This Abra may be referencing the grassy location outside of Cerulean City on Route 24.
Zubat in the Rock Tunnel of Gen 1.
Pokemon Red Cerulean Cave Arbok.

Warp point and transparent walls are likely references to Sabrina’s and Koga’s gym respectively. They also released in the Gym sets which reinforces the idea.
