Next question would be are cards locked to the same ball type, ex do all reverse Budews have either the grass energy or Friend Ball?

Love Ball is another weird one. Another apricorn ball, this time increasing catch chance only if the Pokemon is the same species but opposite gender as your current Pokemon. I can kinda see it for Beautifly, where you could get a male and female Wurmple to (hopefully) evolve into a pair of Beautifly and Dustox. For Terapagos, it could be a loose reference to the fact Terapagos is one of the few legendaries with a non fixed gender ratio, though only male Terapagos are currently obtainable.

Or we can skip all the analyzing and say it’s just a cute ball.
