I am based in UK, so even happier if anyone in the UK has any for sale.
Would prefer the OLD PSA label, the one with the hologram in the centre if possible. Would consider newer, but would like a full set of photos and a personal opinion on condition inside the case, thank you.

£300-350 PSA 9 - PORYGON ONLY (I have eevee in psa 9 already).

Should state a buying price you have in mind. Makes it easier for users to come to you, as well as make them see if it’s worth their time selling.

How would I do an offer? I would have to work out things I technically cannot if buying from international as I am not aware of shipping prices and so on?

You literally just state a price you’re willing to pay.
You could even say “Offering $____ shipped to the UK” That way users here can estimate how much they’re getting after shipping to you.
or just “Paying $____, Pm me to further discuss the details of shipping if international”.
