Recently, I revisited my old collection and became curious about learning more — especially about identifying which cards are authentic and which might not be. Unfortunately, both cards are fake. Several things are off such as: text, holo pattern, color saturation, and overall lower quality. Hopefully you have some authentic ones to compare on your own.

Welcome to the forum. A good way for you to reference your cards to see if they’re authentic is to check out the identifying number and set (bottom right corner) and compare it with a google image search with a card that has been graded by PSA or CGC.
The team rocket card you have has a holo pattern that doesn’t really belong (in general) in this half art era.
The Typhloseon e-card is a bit more sneaky. Once again you can start with identifying if the holo matches the set. In this case the fake is the starburst pattern since this card had a cosmo holo pattern
