List of Play! Pokémon Prize Pack Cards

Typically there hasn’t been any differences except between Series 2 and 3 with the Brilliant Stars holos. Series 2 had them as the Gen 8 Vertical holo style, while Series 3 had them as Cosmos Foil.

With Series 7, some EXs and basic cards have their stamps on different sides than Series 6 (for example Teal Mask Ogerpon and Fezandipiti) but the list isn’t fully flushed out yet.

I also have a database tracking every english card from every set ever here if interested:

For the cards with stamps on both sides, I have Terapagos ex, Teal Mask Ogerpon ex, Fezandipiti ex and Bug Catching Set. Anyone know of any others?

Pokémon created a dedicated page for Prize Pack Series Seven with images of all the cards!

Hopefully Series Eight (due Jan-Feb 2026) will have the same page shortly around the same time we get those. Would be nice to get all the older Series also but seems unlikely.

HERE, WE, GO!

Prize Pack Series Eight confirmed to be available at Play stores from January 1st 2026 (tbc UK, waiting on the shipment) which is slightly earlier than usual.

What is expected is that it will include cards from Stellar Crown > Mega Evolution, so we can expect as the trend continues Series Nine (tbc) should be Destined Rivals > Perfect Order (MEG 3).

Biggest change at first glance - even though SCR > PRE are still included, a lot of cards from those sets that were included in S7 were cut for S8. This includes ALL of the Eevee ex and evolutions from Prismatic Evolutions, Pikachu ex (and Archaludon ex, Latias ex etc) from Surging Sparks and Terapagos ex from Stellar Crown.

I was thinking they would be in both 7 and 8, luckily I just got the Eevees last month anyways. Thanks for sharing the list, as always!!

I wonder if LATAM Spanish will get their own print this time or will they use EU Spanish like for series 7?

Hard to know until they receive their Prize Packs, keep an eye on Mexico eBay for the singles perhaps

Did you sell this? If so how much for and do you regret?

Which shop? Stg if it’s 401 games

Series Nine is releasing worldwide on July 1st, 2026!

As widely expected, it includes cards from Journey Together, through to Perfect Order, including a bunch of Ascended Heroes cards that collectors will need for their master sets.

TPCi continues to be a bit inexplicable with their Prize Pack lists, some notable changes/omissions:

  • No Mega Kangaskhan ex despite being in Series 8 (and super playable)
  • Ethan’s Cyndaquil omitted despite Quilava and Typhlosion included
  • Mega Gardevoir ex omitted despite Ralts and Kirlia included
  • Lots of playable staples omitted despite being in Series Eight. Including Solrock, Lunatone, Shaymin, Forest of Vitality etc.

Expect there to a be lot more demand also from players (and unfortunately resellers) due to the inclusion of Mega Gengar ex, Mega Dragonite ex and both Mega Charizard ex also. Make sure to support your local Pokémon League and events if you want these!
