You might be correct. I’ve asked a friend of mine who collects Snorlax in all languages if he maybe has the one from this Portuguese set, just in case. Let’s see how he answers.
But I was indeed also unable to find any evidence of it just yet. Might be just a mistake on my part. I’ve also removed it from my Languages Compilations Overview thread for now, until evidence can be found of it.
I’ve edited Bulbapedia to fix the Yveltal box, since I agree it’s wrong. It even states in that same sentence it was released simultaneously with the Xerneas box.
EX Power Trio Tins: Bulbapedia shows March 23rd, 2015 and Copag shows March 27th. Maybe there was some kind of early pre-release at the time? When I looked at Bulbapedia’s history for that page, I noticed almost everything was added initially by one user in mid-2017. I’d imagine information was easier to find just two years after releases, in comparison to now eleven years later. Maybe we could compile a list of questions I could ask him through Bulbapedia’s Discussion pages? Although even if it was a prerelease, I agree the actual release date mentioned by Copag would be more correct.
Xerneas/Yveltal Figure Collection: as mentioned above, I agree the February 19th, 2014 was incorrect and fixed it to late 2014 on Bulbapedia itself.
Sylveon Collection: Bulbapedia shows October 16th, 2014 and Copag states “Já disponível para pré-compra na Copag Loja, com lançamento oficial marcado para o dia 24/10. ?” (translated to “Start your revolution by securing your Sylveon Collection box set! Now available for pre-order at the Copag Store, with the official release scheduled for October 24th.”) So that October 16th might be the pre-order date. I agree the actual release date should then still be October 24th, though. I might edit this on Bulbapedia later on as well.
Battle Arena Decks: Xerneas vs. Yveltal: Bulbapedia shows April 8th, 2015 and Copag shows April 17th, 2015.

I’m hoping that date is correct! It didn’t exactly specify the date. But did mention cake being served on the day so made me think it would be on Pokemon Day
I have tried looking more into XY Kalos Starter Set, I tried to see if I could find the decks it released as on Youtube, no dice. Which is very odd. Big Pokemon TCG Youtubers at the time would open anything and everything, like TiuSam! He was very active during XY and still is today, never opened it. No random kids on Youtube either. I’ve never not found anything for PT when looking for unboxings!
The ones on Ligapokemon are mostly the trainers from these decks availble in surplus. However they were reprinted in things like the XY Trainer Kit so it makes me think theyre just listed under the wrong set and number.

On Ligapokemon you have the option to list a card as either ENG or PT in the same listing and its acceptable to recieve either version. You are only (hopefully) garunteed to get the language you want if it says specifically what it is
Maybe the Official Press Site in Brazilian Portuguese could shed some light. It has Press Releases from Sun & Moon to Mega Evolution: Official Press Site.
I know for a fact that every press release tailors its assets to the local market (this way I found several card images in different languages), so I assume it would also take into account the fact that the product would be launched on a different date in Brazil, but that’s just my guess.
Big help from @Fushi and @giantigor999 of the Species Discord for the discoveries, but regarding the Portuguese Kalos Starter Deck cards, by assuming the XY Kalos Starter Set in forms of Froakie/Fenekin/Chespin theme decks weren’t released in Portuguese (we couldn’t find any proof), the following Portuguese XY Kalos Starter Set cards were still available through various other means:

I know this thread was mostly about finding the release dates, but since we were unsure about the XY Kalos Starter Set even being released in Portuguese in the first place, that info first is important as well.
I finally had some time to look over it, but I’m not sure most of the dates are accurate tbh..
To go over each of them:
In the link it indeed mentions: “Lançamento de Pokémon Selva (Jungle em português) - 17h20 21/08/2000” (translates to “Release of Pokémon Selva (Jungle in Portuguese)”), but I don’t think the mentioned date is the actual release date. Mostly, because it also mentions the following “POKÉMON FÓSSIL, EM INGLÊS - 11h30 17/10/2000” (translates to “Pokémon Fossil, in English”):
And the English Fossil set is released on October 10th, 1999. So not sure what those dates signify, but I don’t think they’re release dates.
None of these sets were released in Portuguese a.f.a.i.k.

They mention the English translations, not the Portuguese ones. Following the link it goes to this page, with the first capture from September 22nd, 2003, but although it does mentions “Já chegou no Brasil a primeira coleção de Pokémon Estampas Ilustradas lançada pela Nintendo USA, a Ruby & Sapphire.” (translating to “The first Pokémon Trading Card Game collection released by Nintendo USA, Ruby & Sapphire, has arrived in Brazil.”), the links “lista completa da coleção, os decks e um preview dos cards.” all show English card texts and English pictures.

When I ctrl+F-ed for the date, I couldn’t find it. But ctrl+F for ‘emerald’ did give a very useful link (with different date). This page mentions an EX Emerald Launch tournament in Devir bookshops:
which translates to: “Last weekend, the official launch of the newest Pokémon-TCG expansion, EX Emerald, took place at the Devir Bookstore.” Since the article was posted on Saturday October 13th, 2007 and mentions ‘last weekend’ and the results of the tournament, I think it’s save to assume the Portuguese EX Emerald release date was the weekend prior on Saturday October 6th or Sunday October 7th, 2007.
EDIT: Nvm, I just realized the mentioned dates on Devir.com are the ‘current dates’ at the time of the archived WaybackMachine snapshot, not the days the articles were published.. See the explanation at the EX Deoxys part below.
So all we know is that the Portuguese EX Emerald set was released in a weekend in 2005, 2006, or 2007, and Rodrigo Hiratsuka won first place in that tournament..
Another pretty good source, since it indeed mentions the Portuguese EX Deoxys set and (circled in green):

Anyway, we still know the EX Deoxys set was released in August. Since the English EX Emerald set was released on May 9th, 2005, and the oldest snapshot is of October 13th, 2007, the Portuguese EX Emerald set is released in August of 2005, 2006, OR 2007. Well, at least we know the month, haha. Now we just need to know the year and day.
Just a month after the English release date of August 22nd, 2005 sounds very fast, but it could indeed be plausible, I guess. The picture of the English product worries me a bit, though:
I could be mistaken, but I think this was the release of the English EX Unseen Forces set within Brazilian stores, and the actual Portuguese EX Unseen Forces came later. This is just a guess however, mostly based on the following set with link you mentioned:

But a.f.a.i.k. this set (with English release date October 31st, 2005) isn’t released in Portuguese, so I’m pretty sure they’re just talking about the English set becoming available within Brazilian stores. (Unless someone can find proof that the Delta Species set was in fact released in Portuguese as well? )
Although it mentions “veja os cards em portugues” (translating to “view cards in Portuguese”), a.f.a.i.k. none of the sets in that screenshot, except for the Base, Jungle, and Fossils sets, were released in Portuguese.. The Gym Challenge, Gym Heroes, Legendary Collection, and Southern Island sets were in fact only available in English (and Japanese), and none of the other languages..
They’re likely talking about the translations for the online Pokémon TCG instead of physically released cards, similar the Russian Base Set translation that’s mentioned on Bulbapedia, I would assume.
Anyway, although most of the information turned out to be a dud, that is mostly Devir’s fault for not mentioning dates anywhere in their news articles, and only showing the current date on their pages for whatever random (and confusing) reason.. So still thanks for providing the links and trying your best in finding the information.
In conclusion of everything above: we at least know that:
EX Deoxys was released in August (of 2005, 2006, OR 2007 )
EX Emerald was released in a weekend between May 14th, 2005 (the English release date was Monday May 9th) and October 7th, 2007 (a week before the earliest snapshot). That certainly narrows it down, haha. According to AI, there are 125 weekends between those two days.

EDIT: I forgot I already had a partial source for EX Emerald, so we can narrow it down substantionally:
EX Emerald was therefore released near the end of 2005, prior to or on December 2nd, and in a weekend. Since December 2nd is a Friday (partially part of the weekend), I assume that’s it release date. Although it’s also plausible it’s the weekend before it (Saturday November 26th or Sunday November 27th, 2005).
And since we know EX Emerald was released in 2005 and came after EX Deoxys, we can now also narrow down EX Deoxys to August 2005.

I’m not sure how useful they’re gonna be but we shall see! For example it says SM came out before prerelease which isn’t possible. Somewhere in here is when Copag caught up with the world! I’ll do my best to confirm properly when this happened, but sometimes it’s hard to pin down.
However, all these seems to be labelled as launch tournaments, not prerelease? So maybe it is when the set came out? I’m not sure. Some of these do begin after the release date so its less accurate, but something to take into consideration. @Quuador maybe if I dont have the release date next to the set name, its a tentative confirmation based off the release tournament
If we use the PT press releases as king, Celestial Storm is when it all lines up worldwide. But if we assume these release tournaments are indeed held when the set released in Brasil, it would appear Burning Shadows is when Copag joined the world wide scheduale. Hard to confirm however due to inconsistencies I mentioend previously
I will come back later and add the TCG merch that Copag didnt put into articles during the SM era. Heads up, from here on out, it might be much harder to confirm these things. This is why Bulbapedia has a lot of holes from here on out. Copag stopped doing articles and these things were all on Copag Pokemon Facebook which was deleted either during the LATAM backlash, or when Copag handed over news stuff to TPCi.

Those dates don’t sound terribly off imo. It’s sort of aligns with what I had, just a little bit later. Mine was a rough estimate though. Base set was probably early 2000 then.

My understanding is there were two printers in UK. In my opinion, it’s an overwhelming amount of evidence in everything we found. The UK put out a lot, and it makes sense that a lot of their stuff would be foreign as they are overseas. If you look at fossil cards in the UK, you’ll see there’s two distinct variations. Three if you know what you’re looking for. Some people may have noticed them before and just not paid any attention to it, but most people just have have no clue.
