Kamex Mega Battle Participation Computer Error - How many?

@mkpokecc that would be good

It does but I still believe it looks more aesthetically pleasing with the white ā€˜R’ than the red ā€˜R’. It still remains a prize card and is at least a little better than the TMB Bilingual Exeggutor… lol.
Again, the number is probably higher but it’s unlikely it’s as high as anything more than 400 or so, and I’d lean much more towards the 100-200 mark if anything else but as Mike said, there’s no point speculating numbers when that’s all they are without proper information on it.

See the fact that it is non-glossy and the white r are two subtle distinctions between the other versions and that imo is what makes them desireable inaddition to the rarity. As far as rarity goes, per PSA’s website only 13 have been graded over the last 19 years so it’s a safe bet it is very, very rare.

Lol yeah it’s aesthetically please to see the r symbol correct.

But omg.. Tmb bilingual is so much nicer haha. Shame most are faded.. Because shops and tcg players display these in high intensity lighting for years.
Would be nice if the shields used were uv protective or something.
Guess pokemon didn’t think about that before lol.

Somebody will know the numbers at gamefreakz or creatures or whatever.. But even if we did. Most are out of our reach. :sob: so sad. Even living in Japan. And searching over 500+ retailers from north to south of Japan. People don’t have these cards for sale. Or anything of the like. They only pop-up on yja or mandarake occasionally.

You see, I actually dislike the TMB Exeggutor. The only reason I’d get the card is if I was attempting to have a TMB collection (have thought about it but not right now) and that I quite like Exeggutor as a Pokemon. The KMB Computer Error may have very subtle differences but they make the card what it is. You can say the same for the TMB Exeggutor alike. They’re both very subtle differences but both are desireable to the right person.
Would you say no to the Computer Error if it were offered to you?

Of course trophy cards are more desireable but as time goes on they become more and more scarce and even harder to acquire. These are probably the next best things technically speaking.

Anyone no what one of these would go for in todays market…. I only found out about this version recently and it hurts there going to probably forever be a space in my snorlax binder :joy::sweat_smile::smiling_face_with_tear::sob:

I think this is the last sale I can remember? Although there may have been one on goldin also

https://sales-history.fanaticscollect.com/items/WEEKLY4511130

What was the price I don’t have a log in to the site

Wow that a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be

It’s very niche so demand is low. Have to be very knowledgeable to know about the white R drop shadow vs the million coro copies out there

It so annoying it has the tiny half snorlax up the top or I’d be free from every worrying about the card :joy:

This is why I love species collectors! They can instantly locate snoralx’s butt on a card I’ve never at noticed for almost 20 years! :upside_down_face:

I got mine for 1200 usd it’s a PSA 4 but it was trade value so cash should be lower

I also had an IG negotiation ongoing early this year for a PSA6 condition for 1500 USD. I also think the one sold on Fanatics auction was super good price.

Cheers!

Thank you for the replay guys. I’m really not fussed on condition but knowing it not multiple thousands of dollars give me hope of find it one day

Overpriced by quite a bit but first one I’ve seen a little bit

Hi everyone. I didn’t see someone mention it so I’ll refer to the article on pokumon

They posted a lot of material from the mega battle including timetable, handbook etc

So the article assumes that there were 896 computer error cards were given out. I tried to calculate it based on the info in the article but seems like I’m too stupid because I don’t reach this number with my calculations. But anyway I thought I should share this.

Just need to add up number of estimated competitors

So that photo just left me speechless…

Thank you. Somehow I overlooked the numbers! Now it adds up!
