(JP) Autograph translation

Hi, can anyone tell me if the top one is a dedication for a person and which name it says? According to the seller, it should just say Arita.

What is written on the top is clear: To Mary
Down there, I can def read the Arita. And maybe the Mitsuhiro. It’s written incredibly lazily though. I’ve never seen a Japanese Arita autograph before though, so I can’t tell if it’s legit.

Thank you for your answer. So it is a dedication for Mary. I have Japanese Arita autographs myself. I guess you can choose which one to use at trade fairs

It says “to: マエリ” which is “Maeri”. It’s not clear to me what name it is supposed to be, but Mary is a close guess
