A sealed Japanese 1st edition Feraligatr Constructed Starter Deck blister sold for 7.5k USD in June 2019.
And no idea where the Persian ranks. Pokémon ex aren’t really my expertise tbh, that’s @fourthstartcg’s area. 
He has all 89 set-based Japanese Pokémon ex as PSA-10. (Out of curiosity, are you also working on the non-set cards, like blisters and such, Ethan?)
