Changelog - 8th Feb 2024:
Did some cleanup, special thanks to @bk2021 , @shoops and @zomus for helping update the list, specially the newer releases.

Also added Silvally 121/SM-P which has an English release, but was pointed out by shoops that it is a shiny variant.

There is also a significant list provided by @cia127eevee for releases in East Asian countries (Thai, Korea etc). Most of them are stamped promos. They have sent me images which I will map out and update the list. Thank you and I will use it to update the list soon.

Sorry the updates are slow and I have realized that steady updates are much better than mass updates (which is my current approach). So I will update the list soon.
