Is this shadowless gyarados legit?

At the risk of looking like a complete idiot…

The thing I’m concerned about is the foiling. I thought that this was supposed to have a fairly larger amount of stars, but this has almost none, and what it does have is faint/only visible in certain angles. Note, this is the first shadowless card I’ve ever owned so there’s a very very high chance that I’m just a dumbass

It’s legit. Your description of the holo pattern is exactly how a lot of them are. Nice find.
