Those timings aren’t that bad are they? 
I appreciate why you want to get it reholdered. But I also appreciate why a seller wouldn’t want to entertain this additional step.
Not saying you plan to do this, but what is protecting them from a buyer setting-up a scam swapping cards/slabs and sending a fake to PSA?
