Is this normal? 1st Edition Rocket Pack Corners

I can’t find a good pic to compare it to, but I believe I can just barely make it out on these packs in PSA cases on other listings. I’m sure someone here can answer instantly. Each corner has a tiny loop where it isn’t actually sealed. I know that you can’t entirely trust PSA pack grading.

Perfectly normal. It’s a feature on nearly every authentic WotC pack.
