Is this a common bleed card/set?

I have someone who wants this but have no idea of value. Help?

Yes. DP era had much higher incidence of holo bleed. In fact I remember most of my holos from those sets looking like this. I loved them!

That Secret Wonders set where the Flygon is from had a lot of holo bleeds like cinnaminhbun said, so much that at one point I thought the holos from the set were meant to be like that. So it’s not very rare. If it’s mint I think you can ask for like $7-8 imo, I’d pay that for a gradeable copy

Many of mine look like this, too. I think the bleed may be more common than the “proper” finish on these. Similar to the new SM cards where at least half of my holos are bled through the bottom as well.
