Is this 1st Ed Venusaur Real or Fake?

I found my old collection and my First Ed Venusaur. Attached are pics — the first is the card in a binder and the second in a holder.
The lighting is fairly different in each - I can send other photos, if needed. Is this card real or fake? Thank you!

It looks real to me, if a little beat up. Congratulations on the find, this is an awesome card!

Awesome- thank you! Someone on Reddit insisted that it’s fake, but I didn’t think so. It certainly is a little rough… any idea what grade it would be given at PSA/CGC?

I’m not very experienced with lower grades, but this looks like a 3 or a 4 to me.

T looks wonky. Can you photograph the print dots on the back?

Could be a well placed fake stamp. Pics are poor and hard to judge

Ok- I hope these work! I got as close up as I could to the 1st Ed symbol as well as the N on the back. Also a few other full shots. My cell camera admittedly isn’t the best. appreciate it!

Looks fine. Fake stamps started getting really good in the last 5 years, not in 1999

Everyone on Reddit insists everything is fake, good to be cautious but I just go with my gut. Looks real to me

I must have missed the updated pics, card checks out as far as i can tell. Thats a -15 back consistent with everyone elses thick stamp 1st ed🤙
