Is consignment binding?

Let’s say I consign a card through fanatics, psa ebay vault or z&g. If the auction finalised and the buyer didn’t pay, am I allowed to cancel the entire thing and demand my card back?

I am asking because isn’t it technically easy to shillbid from an alt if your auction price isn’t going as expected and then just cancel the entire thing? Does this actually happen?

It obviously happens when people auction their cards off without a consigner but i am asking specifically in this case

I would imagine its binding. I think most consigners just relist in the next auction block, I personally relist. I don’t think I’ve had anyone ask for a card back. Not directing this at you, just speaking broadly, If someone can’t accept the inherent risk of an auction not ending as expected, then don’t consign.
