But do you mean that inverted oil funnel at 12 'o clock of the swirl… I wonder if it can be found in that spot on others…

It’s just the holo pattern ending/being cut off in the middle. It’s an artifact you can look for if you’re searching for double swirls on cards with possible close double swirls. Nothing really remarkable otherwise.
