I’m trying to find more information about the Feraligatr/Meganium/Typhlosion Epic Collection boxes. I see a few of the non-holo unseen forces on Card Market and eBay from the UK and some of the boxes on eBay are coming from Malaysia. Were these more popular/only released in Europe?

Hopefully someone more involved in that time period can answer you but if you are talking about the Epic Collection Decks, there is no indication that they werent released in the US based on packaging and barcodes. They were also released in Italian and maybe French.
Probably just a relic of being from the lower population eras. Bulbapedia isn’t super helpful on any more information on these. Could just be confirmation bias that all the available cards I see on ebay/CardMarket are from Europe
