In addition to anyone wanting reduction in English set sizes:

  • Reduce the number of JP sets

In keeping the languages parallel for play purposes, just about every JP set and deck card is carried over. 2 of the last 3 years each saw 3 dual card sets (70+ cards each). Everything we see on TPCi’s side is collateral to this

Introduce a differentiated collector booster like MTG has to cut down on paper waste. Save everyone from opening 9000 bulk cards to get one Moonbreon.
