This hobby has gone way out of proportion and it is absolutely ridiculous.
I will focus on 2025 as a TCG player rather than a collector, I absolutely cannot stand the noise, the prices, the behavior of the average collector/scalper/whatever, etc. I hope this boom ends, I want 2023 and 2024 to come back, I just had a call with my sister about her wanting to buy pokemon booster boxes to invest in because everyone is doing it, if my sister is buying this, IT IS COOKED.

Now may be a good time to grade cards. I have a huge backlog I’ve started to burn through that I had been sitting on since covid.
Crazy to me that grading a card with PSA costs less than a pack of the new pokemon set…
