How much of the whitening will affect the card from getting a psa 10

Hi, I recently got back into pokemon cards and was thinking about getting some cards graded. I found this umbreon and darkrai tag team, but not sure about the back. I’ve been seeing different opinions on the whitening on the back etc. I just don’t know how strict psa is with grading yet.

I agree. This is going to be a PSA 9 on a good day, but more likely a PSA 6-8 with the bottom right corner indentation. No shot at a 10.
