So This past week was very stressful for me; I had to study for my Biology Teacher Examination and I called into work so I could study… I PASSED 
Now, the reason I am making this silly thread is that I wasn’t on E4 for almost a week and I feel like I missed a whole generation of Pokémon lol.
How long have you gone without E4?
What’s the most important thing you have missed? A pre-order? A card?

One year, and literally missed a bunch of listings and realizing how much more expensive the hobby has become.

worst experience, maybe last year, i missed the xmas secret santa… i was away a few months as i was moving houses, and countries. Then come back, and everyone is sharing secret santa posts

I always take time away from the hobby when I need it. I think it’s an incredibly important skill to have as a healthy human bean to be able to put things away when something else in life calls on your attention.
Congratulations! And good on you for having the maturity necessary to set those kinds of limits for yourself and follow through.
Ehh about 30 minutes give or take. 
I take breaks every once in a while. I think the longest break was just shy of a year. I always find myself getting engulfed with side projects and other things that I am not able to multitask into as many facets as usual.
Generally speaking I visit this place every day, there may have been couple off days but after that I have to go through holy wall of new messages/topics.
When I joined here I basically joined to get the Shiny Rayquaza EX Promos from Glenn when there was the distribution with the release of XY6. After that I spent some time without entering here, almost a year I think. But after that I came back and became active and I think there’s only been few days I haven’t entered. I try to enter at least once a day and I always check everything new After becoming active here I basically stopped visiting the Finnish Pokemon Forum as there the people generally are much younger and more interested in the TCG side of things. I think as a collector this forum suits me so much better
