How it works? eBay claim

Thank you for advice guys, unfortunately calling to USA from Poland means for me another $15 spent on phone bill >.< I will try to contact with Polish eBay, maybe they will help me.

Have you tried to email them?

I think there’s no option to contact eBay.com via e-mail. I only have one chance to speak to them by e-mail when I sent appeal to my case, but they closed it immediately saying that’s not their business and I should contact buyer (yeah…)

I emailed polish eBay, maybe they’ll be able to help me.

Go home eBay, I don’t like you

Here’s what they said:
“I have reviewed the item # and since the case was escalated to eBay, and we had to force a resolution between the two of you, you are not eligible for a refund of the final value fees of this item. We do not provide these refunds because we want our buyers and sellers to work together to resolve any issues without having to escalate to eBay. Simply because when a seller resolves an issue with the buyer, the buyer trusts the seller and the site and will continue to buy from you and from other sellers on the site, if eBay has to step in and resolve issues the buyer is more likely to leave the site, which is bad for everyone in the community, less buyers and not enough sales for the sellers.”

I really don’t get it, what fees has to do with the buyer? Really?
I guess buyer would be pretty mad if they’ll give me back 12 bucks.

Ahh, a complete load of bullshit, as usual.

Did you call them?

He can’t. He lives in Poland and it cost $15 to call them

Oh wow. That is not right. :\

Yeah, it’ll be $15 or even more, it’s funny because you can only contact US eBay by phone, and you can contact Polish eBay only by e-mail so I can’t really do nothing more with that.

I file an appeal to Post Office’s answer to my claim - because in my claim I said that if they’ll find the package I want it back, so they wouldn’t deliver it to the buyer but they ignored my request. It’s not really fair in my opinion, but the whole thing happend because of the delay in delivery so maybe it’s not a bad thing to do…
