With how the market is behaving lately and with how infrequent these cards sell, how would you price/comp some of these low pop psa 10 vintage slabs when trying to buy/sell one? I am looking to do a deal for the following Blaziken EX. It’s Pop 32 and the seller wants some large amount above last sold. What would you price this card at? I know it’s subjective since it depends how much I want it etc etc but I find it hard to swallow buying something significantly above last sold.

since ex’s boomed since feb, wouldn’t be surprised if people are trying to get 15k for this card. should you pay 5 figures? imo no, hikaru koike’s art over indexes on shadows and dark backgrounds, and this isn’t a lugia
Not my cup of tea this art (or most of the EX era´s art), but if we look solely at it´s properties, a POP 32 card, featuring a popular Pokémon in holo would command a price between 5k and 15k, depending on demand, which can be hard to pinpoint with so few cards selling. You´ll either have to wait, or take a chance.
BINs with wishful prices are not really on the market. Oftentimes it’s a seller who wants to keep their card, but put up a show price on the offhand chance someone wants to speculate their card. Make an offer that you feel is fair and don’t expect anything.
