How do you bring your cards to a signing event?

Hi all!
Soon I am attending to a signing event in France and I am preparing all the cards I want to take with myself.
It’s my first time attending to an event such this, so I am not sure how to take my cards.
I was thinking on taking one of my binders with me, and bring the cards inside one of this ultra pro sleeves.

I think is more convenient than bringing them inside a regular card sleeve and a semi rigid sleeve, as it takes longer to handle.

What is your advise?
Any other advise for a newbie to this event? I am bringing with me 2 friends, so we can make the line and sign 3x the cards if I was going just myself. I would like to have sketched all my 42 Arita cards I am bringing ( headsketched is just 1 per person and turn, so it’s 14 queues counting the 3 of us)
It’s a Saturday and Sunday event so… will be difficult but feasible I think hopefully! Will prioritize the cards I want headsketched 100% on the first turns, and then if I see it will be impossible I will sign normally the cards less important ( it’s 3 cards per turn, 1 headsketched 2 regularly signed, so we can make up to 9 per turn)
I am planning really carefully this, and will all depend on the amount of people doing the line, I know Saturday will be super busy, but I am hoping that as the day goes and people get signed their cards, the line will be faster…

Wish me luck!

Semi-rigid is what I would do. Make sure the ink is dry before putting it back!!

Im cracking open my shadowless charizard from its PSA prison. Theres probably already hundreds of charizards with an autograph and sketch. But i don’t care.

I find that one’s hat is also a great place to carry things.

I never attended to any of this events but If I ever go to one, Ill put the cards on card sleeves and use a deck box to hold them, so I wont have to take the cards out of a binder each time (with the danger of being damaged, holo scratches and all that) it’s also faster for the artist

I’m shipping them to my hotel

Hey thank you! So normal sleeve + semirigid I guess I’ll do, thanks

Just make sure your friends also know how to use them!

Were not supposed to bring our own markers/pens, are we?

Every signing I’ve attended they had their own pens/markers. Back in the day some people brought colored markers for certain cards, but I’d imagine it’s going to be more streamlined so that might not be an option.

I have noticed people don’t pass around pens like they use to pre-2020. I’d imagine someone signing autographs will only use their own pen and not touch yours.
