How AGS helped me before, but screwed up REAL HARD this time

TL;DR

AGS threw away the autoed sleeve I wished and they promised to slab along with the card.
I planned for years to collect all the Taiwanese Pokemon TCG Ambassadors’ auto on the card or the sleeve, and now the last piece was gone.

When this began

The whole thing between me and AGS starts in 6/11/2024, it was Nicole Aleksandrovski that I first got in touch with. After I provided everything such as the info page of each Ambassador, the policy about forbidding signing on actual cards anymore etc.
The slabs came back not perfect(because the sleeves were to large to cut perfectly I think), but I’m happy with the result, I even posted and pinned a reel about it!





About half an year later, I finally got the chance to get the last Ambassador’s autograph. You have to get up early, get in the line, maybe to the lottey draw. It was tiring, but I’VE FINALLY GOT IT!!!

What’s different this time is that I replied to the email informed me that the submission was placed (no-reply_AT_agscard[.]com), to ask them if they can correct an error I made(cert order) when shipping the cards, also to inform them to slab the sleeve along with the card.
And the answer is YES, replied by Agnes Joseph from hey_AT_agscard[.]com.
I double checked, even triple checked, so at this moment, I think I can just lay back, relax, and wait for the results to come out… Right?

I was confused

On 1/17/2026, I got a email saying that my cards have shipped. YES!!! Now I can check the grades and the certs!!!.. The heck? Why are all the photos unslabbed, unlike the previous submissions? And why is cert order… What happened!?
I kind of panicked, the cert order isn’t the first priority now, I really have to know if my sleeves are in the slabs with the cards.
On the same day, I replied the email again, I used the online chat to see if anyone can help, since the green light’s always on, no answers.
Finally, on 1/22/2026, my dear friend Farrukh Raja ( farrukh_AT_agscard[.]com ) finally decided to reply, but it was to late to call back the package, according to what he told me what UPS said. But at least I got my card and sleeve in the slab!!! Right? According to what he told me what his manager John Baffa, Head of Sales & Customer Care ( john_AT_agscard[.]com ) said, “he is confident you got the sleeves back in the submission”.
Well, they are not. I really wish they were, but they are not, they are really not.

So what am I

NOBODY, A JOKE. I think that’s how they see me.
Farrukh said John will try to contact me to sort the things out. Yeah he did, only after a few days later. Sort things out? Nah, he’s saying that it’s my fault, not theirs. I should just move on because “that’s life”.


Wise words from AGS’s Head of Sales & Customer Care, brilliant way to solve a problem with a customer: ain’t my fault, move on men.

In the end

I totally lose faith in this company. Though this might not happen to you, but my suggestion is AVOID.
I should crack/sell all the AGS slabs, seek for another chance to get the auto once again, if possible, and see if there are other company’s that can slab my sleeve and card correctly. Moreover, fluent and quick response from customer service.

Last few words

Sorry for the long post from nobody in Taiwan, I hope this will be the only “experience sharing” post I’ll ever have to do in my life. Is it only me or this company really needs reconstruct or just destruct?

Firstly, welcome to the forum! We’re really glad to have you :slight_smile:

Secondly, I’m really sorry this happened. The customer service was done so badly. It was weird that he was like “insult, I’m sorry, insult insult, im sorry” also it sounds like one of their employees got fired for this? Thats a pretty big deal if nothing else. That person now has no money coming in, and she probably feels like a nobody too.

Thirdly, you’re not a nobody. You have value. We assuredly value you here :slight_smile:

Fourthly, idk even where to begin with this situation and getting it resolved. Maybe there are other people on this forum who would have a better starting point, but unfortunately I don’t have the knowledge to help you much.

I am sorry to hear what happened to you with this grading company…

Is it difficult to get the autos again? Given you already managed to had them once, I am sure if you try you will be able to get them a second time :flexed_biceps:

Hopefully, yeah, that’s the plan. Though it’s a small country, everywhere is not too far away, but it still takes efforts to arrange.
